    Materials

    Our frames are produced from locally-sourced Victorian ash which has been certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. FSC certification provides the highest level of protection for rare and endangered forests and wildlife of any existing forest certification scheme and is the only system that mandates consultation with local Indigneous Peoples. 
    We print to a 300 gsm 100% cotton rag, which is considered the most
    environmentally of photographic paper as it uses no tree fibres, instead it is produced from a recycled by-product of the textile making industry. While the cotton industry itself has much to answer for, as this is a by-product, it is considered to have low environmental impact as no cotton is grown specifically to make the paper stock.

    Works are custom printed to order
    and are non refundable.

    All pieces are fully insured for damage. Though rare, from time to time it can happen. Please notify us within 2 days of receiving your package so that we can submit a claim to the courier company.
    Include photos of the damage to the frame and photos of the packaging.

    • Printed on 310gsm 100% Cotton Rag which is a recycled by-product.
    • Frames are hand cut, sanded and carefully assembled by our team in our Melbourne workshop.
    • All timber is locally sourced from sustainable sources.
    • All packaging is either biodegradable, recycled or FSC certified. 
    • We use a 3mm Plexiglass that is museum grade. It is lighter than glass, helps to protect your work from UV damage and also has the added advantage of being shatter proof.
